Processing Time: A Processing Time refers to order verification, tailoring, quality check, and packaging.  All orders placed before 4 PM EST are sent to our warehouse, processed, and shipped within 24 business hours after the order is placed. After the order is shipped, you will receive a notification via e-mail with the tracking code to the email address you used to place the order.

US Shipping Time: A This refers to the time it takes for items to be shipped from our warehouse in Miami, Florida, to the destination. Orders are shipped by the US Postal service, UPS or FedEx. Should you choose the FREE shipping option, you can expect your order within 3 business days if you are on the East Coast or in the Midwest or within 3 To 5 business days for the West Coast; with USPS Priority, you can expect it within 1 To 2 business days for the East Coast or 2 To 3 business days for the West Coast. Returns: We will take returns of unopened product for exchange within 7 days of receipt.
