Due to an extremely quick inventory turnover due to our lowest pricing, there are times when the flavor/strain may not be available. We will send you a comparable product/flavor/strain of the same or higher value and it will be noted on the packing slip. If you would not like for us to do this, please send us a note when you log into your account or send us an email at info@mydelta8store.com and we will issue you a store credit to use for your next purchase.
Shipping Process & Tracking Notifications
We pride ourselves on processing your order quickly, with most orders shipping out of our facility in 1-5 BUSINESS days. In cases of high demand and product availability, orders can take up to 7 BUSINESS days to process plus shipping time.
Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times will be provided at checkout, depending on your location and local service provider. Tracking email will automatically be sent out once it finishes processing at our facility.

If you are located in the Midwest or Eastern half of the U.S., your order may undergo a 2-Step Shipping Process.

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on Orders Above $50
This option will be available whenever the final cart price is above $50, excluding applicable sales tax, excise tax, discount code, and reward points. You must select Free Shipping during checkout to be eligible. Please note that we prioritize all paid shipping customers before Free Shipping orders.
Required Adult Signature Service
In accordance with Federal jurisdiction and the nature Service and laws, all vape mail orders will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery for packages containing e-cigarette related products. To receive this package, the recipient is required to show a proper form of government photo identification to the delivery employee for age confirmation.
The Adult Signature service requires an additional charge of $7 and the rates will be reflected during the checkout process. If it’s more convenient for you, we’re able to ship your vape gears to a business address.
Shipping and Handling Timelines
It can take up to 60 business hours to process before it is shipped out for all orders. As the order processes, an initial tracking email will be automatically sent to the customer to confirm the package is going through the stages of fulfillment. Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery Times will be provided at checkout, depending on your location.
Estimated Transit Times
Note: During the busy holiday season or surge of sales, processing can take up to 7 business days. Our team works hard everyday to ensure customers receive packages as soon as possible so we greatly appreciate your patience.
We process orders from 8:00AM PST – 3PM EST on Monday to Friday EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS. Shipping carriers do not process orders on weekends and U.S Federal Holidays.
Return to Sender
Any reshipping services are at My Delta 8 Store’s sole discretion.
If a package is returned to us because of undeliverable address such as incorrect or incomplete address, we are not obligated to issue a refund or send replacement goods at our expense. If goods are returned to us back at our facility, a refund will be offered less the postal expense.
If a package is returned to sender because the carrier could not collect an adult signature and proof of ID, My Delta 8 Store reserves the right to deduct a $14.25 restocking fee from the refund of the order. Furthermore, My Delta 8 Store reserves the right to re-ship a replacement order only after the original package has been returned to us and processed and we are not obligated to re-send them at our expense.

Why Is my shipment delayed or stuck on processing?
It’s normal to be concerned about your package. We understand that modern day shipping practices have consumers expecting quick transit times and reliable tracking updates. However, new regulations have made shipping vapor related packages necessarily more complex. At My Delta 8 Store, we pride ourselves in expediting the order fulfillment process, but once packages are in transit, they will ultimately be outside of our control.
NOTE: Transit Times Are Estimates
Packages towards the Eastern Half of the U.S. are estimated to take 1 – 3 business days in transit, while packages towards the Western half can take 6 – 20 business days. It’s important to note that these are estimates, and delays can occur. We may not be able to immediately consider your package as lost once your package falls outside of the estimated timeframe.
State Regulations
Orders with prohibited items will be removed and cancelled from the order, subject to the entire order being cancelled and refunded while the rest of the package will be processed normally.

Note: For the State of Maryland, we are unable to ship any Disposable Vapes to customers located within the state due to local regulation that was put in place. For the State of New York, New Jersey, and Massachusetts, the use of coupons will not apply due to State restrictions.

Lost & Undelivered Packages:
LOST OR UNDELIVERED PACKAGES ARE NOT THE RESPONSBILITY OF MY DELTA 8 STORE, and any issues arising from packages not received must be resolved BY THE CUSTOMER, WITH THE SHIPPING CARRIER IN USE. My Delta 8 Store strives in the upkeep and resolution of such matters, and any erroneous shipping issues must be reported within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
My Delta 8 Store will not be responsible for packages shown as Delivered when it is shipped to third-party shipping carriers. Any issues that arise with such shipments that are marked delivered must be resolved by the customer with the third-party shipping company.
Please note that erroneous and incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. My Delta 8 Store is not responsible for any and all costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
