If this occurs, we will substitute with a comparable product of equal or higher value, as noted on the packing slip. If you prefer not to receive substitutions, please notify us in your account settings or email us at info@mydelta8store.com to receive store credit for future use.
Shipping Process & Tracking Notifications
Most orders ship within 1-5 business days; during high demand periods, processing may extend to 7 business days. Shipping methods and estimated delivery times are provided at checkout based on location and carrier. Tracking notifications are automatically sent upon order processing.

Free Domestic U.S. Shipping on Orders Over $50
Orders totaling over $50 (excluding tax, discounts, and reward points) are eligible for free shipping when selected at checkout. Paid shipping orders are prioritized over free shipping orders.
Required Adult Signature Service
In compliance with federal regulations, all vape orders require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery, including a $7 fee. Age verification requires a government-issued photo ID. Orders can be shipped to a business address if preferred.
Shipping and Handling Timelines
Order processing can take up to 60 business hours. As orders progress, an initial tracking email confirms fulfillment stages. Final delivery estimates are available at checkout.

- Eastern U.S.: 1-3 business days* in transit
- Western U.S.: 6-20 business days* in transit
*During holiday or high-demand periods, processing may extend to 7 business days. Orders process from 8:00 AM PST to 3:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Return to Sender Policy
Packages returned due to undeliverable addresses are subject to a refund minus postal fees. If returned for lack of an adult signature and ID verification, a $19.99 restocking fee will apply. Re-shipment is possible at our discretion, following the return of the original package.
Late Shipments
For concerns regarding delayed shipments, please refer to our Help Center article on delayed or stalled shipments. New regulations on vapor products have added complexity to the shipping process, and while we expedite order fulfillment, packages are ultimately managed by the carrier once in transit.

Transit Time Estimates
Transit times are estimated and may vary. Packages shipped to the Eastern U.S. typically take 1-3 business days, while those heading to the Western U.S. may take 6-20 business days. Delays can sometimes occur, and if your package exceeds the estimated timeframe, it may not be immediately considered lost. Thank you for your patience.
Order Adjustments for Prohibited Items
If an order contains prohibited items, these products will be removed and refunded. In some cases, this may result in the cancellation and full refund of the order. Eligible items in the order will continue processing as usual.

Vape product sales are prohibited in the following locations:
- States: Arkansas, Maine, Oregon, Utah, Vermont
- Cities: San Francisco, Anchorage
Flavored E-Liquid Restrictions:
- States: New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts, Rhode Island
- Cities: Chicago, Washington, D.C.
Additional Notes:
- Maryland: Disposable vape sales are not permitted due to local regulations.
- New York, New Jersey, Massachusetts: Coupons are not applicable on orders due to state restrictions.
Delta Product Shipping Restrictions
Shipping of Delta-8 products is prohibited in the following states:
- Banned States: Arizona, Arkansas, Alaska, Colorado, Delaware, Kentucky, Hawaii, Idaho, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah (limited to medical use), Vermont, Washington, West Virginia, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana.
- Louisiana: THC must be under 8 mg per serving and 1% by dry weight.
- Michigan: THC content must be under 0.3%; only marijuana-derived Delta-8 is allowed.
- Minnesota: THC must be under 0.3% and less than 5 mg per serving.
- New Hampshire & Virginia: Specific state limits apply.

Lost & Undelivered Packages
My Delta 8 Store is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages. Any issues arising from packages not received should be resolved by the customer with the shipping carrier. Please report any shipping issues within 48 hours of the last tracking update.
If a package is marked as “Delivered” by a third-party carrier, My Delta 8 Store cannot assume responsibility. In such cases, issues should be addressed with the carrier directly.
Incorrect Addresses: My Delta 8 Store is not liable for delays or additional costs arising from incorrect or incomplete address submissions by the customer.
My Delta 8 Store is not liable for issues beyond our control once a package is with the carrier.
Returns, Refunds & Store Credits
Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds or store credits may be issued by the MD8S Quality Team in unique cases with proof of damage or product malfunction. Issues should be reported within 24 hours of product delivery, and our team will assist with a refund or store credit if approved.
