Product Availability
Due to high inventory turnover and competitive pricing, certain products, flavors, or strains may occasionally become unavailable. If an item is out of stock at the time of fulfillment, MD8S may substitute a comparable product of equal or greater value, which will be noted on the packing slip.
If you prefer not to receive substitutions, you may update your preference in your account settings or contact us at info@mydelta8store.com to request a store credit for future use.
Order Processing & Shipping Timeline
Most orders ship within 1–5 business days. During periods of high demand or peak seasons, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order is processed, a tracking number will be automatically emailed to the address on file.
Note: Estimated delivery times do not include weekends or holidays and are provided by the carrier.
Estimated Transit Times
Transit times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or regulatory requirements.
Some orders in the Midwest or Eastern U.S. may be routed through a two-step shipping process to provide additional cost savings.
Free Domestic Shipping
MD8S offers free domestic U.S. shipping on orders over $50, excluding taxes, discounts, and reward points.
Adult Signature Requirement (21+)
In compliance with federal regulations, all vape-related orders require Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery.

Delayed or Late Shipments
If your shipment is delayed, please refer to our Help Center for guidance on delayed or stalled shipments.
Due to evolving regulations surrounding vape and hemp-derived products, shipping carriers may experience delays outside of our control. Once a package is in transit, it is managed entirely by the carrier.
Lost or Undelivered Packages
MD8S is not responsible for lost or undelivered packages once marked as shipped by the carrier.

Packages marked as “Delivered” by the carrier are the carrier’s responsibility

Incorrect address submissions are the customer’s responsibility
MD8S is not liable for delays, losses, or damages beyond our control once an order is in transit.
Order Adjustments for Restricted or Prohibited Items
If an order contains items prohibited in your jurisdiction, those items will be removed and refunded. In some cases, this may result in the cancellation and full refund of the order.
Eligible items within the same order may continue processing if permitted.

MD8S does not ship Delta-8 or restricted hemp-derived products to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Hawaii, Idaho, Iowa, Kansas, Kentucky, Louisiana, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New Hampshire, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah (limited), Vermont, Virginia, Washington, West Virginia.

Returns, Refunds & Store Credits
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Refunds or store credits may be issued only at the discretion of the MD8S Quality Team in rare cases involving verified damage or product malfunction.
